Valerie Daniels maintains a private piano studio in her home in West Jordan, Utah. She holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Weber State University and received a teaching certificate. She has studied piano pedagogy and music theory at Valley City State University. She is an active member of the Music Teacher's National Association (MTNA) and has served as president of the Jordan River chapter.  She currently serves as co-chair for the AIM committee in her local chapter.  Valerie is also an active member of the Utah Federation of Music Clubs which provides opportunities for her students to perform in local piano festivals.

She has been teaching piano lessons in the community for over 20 years. She teaches students of all ages with skill levels ranging from beginning through late intermediate. She also has experience in teaching adult students.

In addition to teaching piano, she uses her musical talents in service to her church and community. She currently serves as a church organist and choir accompanist, as well as accompanying the choir at the local elementary school.
